This page describes how Lumina (a product of Crewstake Pty Ltd) accesses, uses, and protects data from third-party APIs, including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and AI services.
Google Workspace API Disclosure
Lumina uses Google's Application Programming Interface (API) Services to enable authorized access to Google Workspace features including Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive.
Lumina's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
What We Access
With your explicit permission during the authorization process, Lumina may access:
- Gmail: Read, draft, and send emails on your behalf; organize and label messages
- Google Calendar: View, create, and manage calendar events; check availability
- Google Drive: Search, read, and organize documents and files
How We Use Google Data
The Google information you provide is used exclusively to deliver or enhance user-facing features that are central to your experience with Lumina, including:
- Reading and summarizing your emails
- Drafting email responses based on your instructions
- Managing your calendar and scheduling meetings
- Searching and retrieving relevant documents
Limited Use Disclosure
Lumina does not use data obtained from Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine learning models.
Your Google data is:
- Used only to provide the specific features you request
- Never sold to third parties
- Never used for advertising purposes
- Never shared outside of our service except as required to provide the requested functionality
Revoking Access
You can revoke Lumina's access to your Google account at any time by:
- Visiting your Google Account permissions page
- Selecting Lumina from the list of connected apps
- Clicking "Remove Access"
Google Calendar, Gmail, and Google Drive are trademarks of Google LLC. Access to your Google data is requested only with your explicit permission during the authorization process.
Microsoft Services Integration
Lumina integrates with Microsoft services including Outlook (email and calendar) and Microsoft 365 authentication. We adhere to Microsoft's data handling requirements and only access your information with your explicit consent.
What We Access
With your permission, Lumina may access:
- Outlook Mail: Read, draft, and send emails; organize your inbox
- Outlook Calendar: View, create, and manage calendar events
- Microsoft 365 Profile: Basic profile information for authentication
Revoking Access
You can revoke Lumina's access to your Microsoft account at any time by:
- Visiting your Microsoft account app permissions
- Finding Lumina in the list
- Selecting "Remove permissions"

AI Processing and Data Transmission
When you use Lumina's AI employees, certain data is securely transmitted to our AI providers for real-time processing and response generation.
Data Transmitted to AI Providers
Depending on your usage, this may include:
- Email Content: Subject lines, body text, and metadata when processing emails
- Calendar Information: Event details and scheduling data when managing your calendar
- Document Content: Text from documents you ask Lumina to analyze or summarize
- Conversation Context: Your messages and instructions to AI employees
- Business Information: Company details and preferences you've configured
Our AI Providers
Lumina uses the following AI service providers:
- OpenAI (United States) - Primary language model provider
- Anthropic (United States) - Alternative language model provider
Data Protection Measures
We implement strict safeguards for all AI processing:
- Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 encryption
- Contractual Protections: Our AI providers are bound by contract to strict data protection requirements
- No Model Training: Your data is never used to train or improve generalized AI models
- Minimal Retention: Content is retained only temporarily for request fulfillment
- Compliance: All transmissions comply with applicable privacy laws including the Australian Privacy Act
Controlling AI Processing
You can control how your data is processed by:
- Choosing which integrations to connect
- Reviewing AI-generated content before it's sent or published
- Disconnecting integrations at any time through your workspace settings

Lumina also integrates with business platforms to help manage your sales, marketing, and customer relationships.

- HubSpot: Access contacts, deals, and customer data
- Salesforce: Manage opportunities, accounts, and activities
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram): Draft and schedule social media content
- LinkedIn: Create professional content and updates
Data Usage
Data from these integrations is:
- Used only to provide the features you request
- Processed according to each platform's terms of service
- Protected with the same security measures as all other data
